Reservation Time & Usage

• Usage is charged based on your reserved booking time, regardless of late arrival or early departure.
• Use of the room outside of your reserved booking period, whether before or after your scheduled time, may result in additional charges.
• Please plan to wrap up your session and be ready for payment at least 5 minutes before your end time.
• Reservations may be automatically cancelled if we do not hear from you and you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time.
• If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us in advance.

Safety Notice

• Please use the facility with care and remain aware of your surroundings.
• Management is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from personal negligence.

Club Rentals

We currently offer the following rental sets:

• 2 men’s right-handed sets
• 1 men’s left-handed set
• 1 women’s right-handed set

Due to limited availability, we kindly recommend reserving rental clubs in advance.

Outside Food & Beverage Policy

• Our venue does not allow any outside beverages, including alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, and coffee. Only water is permitted.

Outside Alcohol

• If you plan to bring outside alcohol, you must inform us in advance.
• Any alcohol brought in without prior notice will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $20 per person or $20 per item may be charged.

Corkage Fee

• A corkage fee of $20 per bottle (750ml or less) applies.
• An additional 18% service charge will be applied to the total bill, regardless of the number of guests.
• Only bottled beverages of 750ml or less are permitted.
• Cans and other small-format containers are not allowed.

Food

• Outside food is allowed with no additional charge.
• However, food that requires heating, involves open flame, or is excessively hot may not be permitted.
• Cutlery can be provided upon request.

Liability & Agreement

• By completing a reservation through our booking system, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all facility rules, safety guidelines, liability waivers, and property damage responsibilities.
• Customers acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of the facility, simulator equipment, rental clubs, and related activities. Management is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage resulting from personal negligence, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions.
• Customers may be held responsible for any damage to simulator equipment, rental clubs, furniture, fixtures, or other property caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct.
• All operating policies, fees, and facility rules are subject to change without prior notice.
