Reservation Time & Usage

• To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, charges are based on your reserved time, whether you arrive late or leave early.
• If you begin earlier or finish later than your reserved time, additional charges may apply.
• Out of consideration for the next guests, we kindly ask that you follow your reserved schedule. Please plan to wrap up your session and be ready for payment at least 5 minutes before your end time.
• If we do not hear from you and you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us before your reserved time and we will gladly assist you.

No Outside Beverages

• To keep our facility clean and comfortable for everyone, outside beverages including coffee, non alcohol drink, and alcohol are not permitted. Water is allowed.
• If outside beverages are brought in, a minimum $20 fee per item or per person may be charged without prior notice. This may be verified through CCTV.

Safety Notice

• Your safety is important to us. Please use the facility with care and be mindful of your surroundings.
• Management is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from personal negligence.

Club Rentals

• We currently offer the following rental sets: 2 men’s right-handed sets, 1 men’s left-handed set, and 1 women’s right-handed set.
• Due to limited availability, we kindly recommend reserving rental clubs in advance.
